Textilene Fabric

Textilene fabrics (Textilene) are specialty textiles produced by a shuttleless machine. The warp is spun into a weaving shaft by an intelligent warping mechanism, which does not require sizing and is woven directly into a web on a flexible rapier loom, which is then finished into a final product. It uses composite yarn with special covering structure, that is, PVC/PET leather core yarn. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the skin is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material which is resistant to aging and ultraviolet radiation. The polyester filament is stretched and covered, and the composite wire with smooth surface, waterproof, oil proof, non-toxic and cool feeling is formed by drawing and cooling.

Texlin fabric has the following characteristics: bright color does not fade, high tensile strength, water, oil and UV resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, decay resistance, chemical resistance, non-toxic. Smooth and cool surface, good air permeability and moisture absorption, can effectively prevent bacterial reproduction and stain attachment, easy to clean.
