1. Production process
Select high-quality base fabric materials, such as polyester, nylon or canvas, which should have good wear resistance, tear resistance and weather resistance.
Pre-treat the base fabric, including cleaning, degreasing, dust removal, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent printing process.
Use advanced 3D printing technology, such as digital inkjet printing, thermal transfer or screen printing, to print the pattern on the base fabric.
During the printing process, it is necessary to accurately control the parameters of the printing machine, such as nozzle speed, ink flow, etc., to ensure the clarity and three-dimensional sense of the pattern.
After printing, the tarpaulin is dried and cured to enhance the adhesion and durability of the pattern.
The tarpaulin is treated with waterproof, fireproof and mildew-proof treatments to improve its functionality.
Quality inspection of the finished product to ensure that it meets quality standards.
