PVC rolling shutter door fabric is a composite of 1mm-3mm PVC and two layers of reinforced fiber cloth. It has good anti-aging performance, is not easy to fade and clean, and runs fast, reaching 0.6m/s. It can quickly isolate to ensure the air quality in the workshop, and has many functions such as heat preservation, cold insulation, pest prevention, wind prevention, dust prevention, sound insulation, fire prevention, odor prevention, lighting, etc.

III.   Characteristics of PVC speed door membrane

The surface layer of PVC roller shutter membrane material shall have stable corrosion resistance and UV resistance within the shelf life, and the surface shall have self-bonding performance.

The PVC film material will have a cave after reaching the melting point in the fire environment, and the boundary of the cave will burn and spread, but no open fire will be generated. It is classified as Class B1 fire-retardant material according to GB8624 Classification Method for Burning Behavior of Building Materials.
