I. Product Introduction

Super Light Durable Pvc fabric is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated synthetic material designed to be lightweight yet extremely strong. The weight per square meter is generally between 200 grams and 400 grams, which is much lower than traditional tarpaulins. It has a smooth surface, excellent waterproof performance, high strength, wear resistance, and good UV resistance, which can effectively prevent the tarpaulin from aging and degradation.

In addition, Super Light PVC Coated Fabric provides waterproof, UV and chemical protection, polyester fiber or mesh reinforcement-enhanced tear resistance and structural stability, lightweight structure-easier to transport, install and operate than standard PVC.



II. Product Features

Lightweight and strong: 30-50% lighter than traditional PVC tarpaulins, ultra-light PVC knife coated fabric, weighing only 250 g/m2, reinforced with high-strength polyester fiber, durable.

Good waterproof performance: Durable Waterproof PVC Material are usually specially treated with waterproofing to effectively block rain penetration and keep covered items dry

Weather-resistant and UV-resistant: 100% waterproof – ideal for outdoor shelters, tents and canopies

UV-resistant – prevents fading and degradation due to sun exposure.

High strength: Although light in weight, lightweight PVC tarpaulins usually have high tensile strength and tear strength, with a tensile strength of ≥2500N/5cm (bidirectional), which can withstand a certain amount of external force pulling and tearing while ensuring lightness, and is not easily damaged

Sunscreen and heat insulation: It can reflect or absorb part of the ultraviolet rays, reduce the direct sunlight on objects, reduce the temperature, play a role in sunscreen and heat insulation, and protect items from damage caused by sun exposure.

Strong durability: It has good wear resistance and anti-aging properties. In long-term outdoor use, it can resist the erosion of natural factors such as wind, sun, rain, etc., and has a long service life.
