Dervinyl Fabric is committed to satisfy custom made needs from our customers,to achieve this goal,  three  main things are taken into consideration:

First, what will it be used for? Does it need to be waterproof, water resistant, or fire retardant?

Second, where will it be used? Will it be used indoors or outdoors?

Last but not least, aesthetic requirements

How the tarp is intended to be used is obviouly the very first step to satisfy our customers' needs. Is the tarp being used as a wall, or is it being used as a roof? Will it be hung similar to a safety net?  Will it be used to cover machinery or equipment? Does it need to be waterproof or fire retardant ? Any requirement for grommets space?

For instance, when hanging a tarp, we will supply our tarp. with grommets, which are also called eyelets. When covering machinery it is important for the materials to be waterproof. In such a case, our Dervinyl fabrics are all vinyl coated,some are double side coated,it has good water resistant performance, while the traditional canvas materials can be water resistant and breathable, but they are not waterproof. The fabric can not have waterproof and breathable at the same time, only one choice.

Secondly,location, which has to be made clear! Where this tarp will be used. Will it be indoors or outdoors. If outside, we will consider sunlight damaging the tarp. or will it be used in a place where has strong winds, like typhoon,hurricane, other than to be used to cover something being transported on the highway?  To expand duration with high exposure to UV or wind, Dervinyl has heavy duty material series to solve this headache,one of our features is good strenght, we always use heavy duty polyester fibers, Dervinyl has special anti UV formulation to improve performance of our fabric to resist UV damages.When using tarp indoors, that does not need to be water resistant, we designed our flame retardant series, Dervinyl never use was to be our plastizers, even DOP will be not  used in case of phthalates requirements,without strong chemical odors.

As far as aesthetic requirement concerned, we color our fabrics, for example, on a flame retardant tarp, we have available black,blue,red, yellow,green, etc., also we have strip printed, camo printed fabric,embossed, 3D textured fabric.
