PE: Chemical name is high-pressure polyethylene, is a semi-crystalline thermosetting raw material, is the raw material for the production of PE tarpaulin.

PVC tarpaulin is made of high-strength polyester canvas as the base cloth, coated with polyvinyl chloride paste resin with plasticizers and other chemical additives, and plasticized at high temperature. 

With the advantages of waterproof and mildew-proof, cold and aging resistance, light material, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, easy washing and folding, etc., 

the performance of PVC tarpaulin is superior to traditional tarpaulin.

The difference between PE tarpaulin and PVC tarpaulin, many people cannot tell the difference between PE tarpaulin and PVC tarpaulin.

Compared with the two, PE is softer in winter and PVC is hard, but compared with PVC tarpaulin, PE tarpaulin is easy to wear, and PVC tarpaulin is relatively stronger and more wear-resistant.

So what are the characteristics of PE?

Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance, good water absorption, 

good electrical insulation performance, can be used normally at -70 to -100 degrees Celsius, and has the characteristics of good chemical stability.

Polyethylene (polyvinyl chloride) viscous epoxy resin is made of organic chemical additives such as growth rate agent, mold remover, anti-aging wetting agent, antistatic agent, etc., 

which are melted at high temperature. It has the characteristics of moisture-proof, mildew removal, low temperature resistance, anti-aging, anti-static and so on;

The production of PE tarpaulin generally uses HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which has a high use temperature, hardness, mechanical strength and chemical resistance.

Polyethylene is suitable for hollow blow molding, injection molding and extrusion of various products (hard), such as various containers, nets, strapping belts, 

and can be used as cable cladding, pipes, profiles, sheets, etc.

PE awning raw materials generally refer to colorful strips of cloth, coated with PE film on both sides of PE woven bags, and are also useful for polypropylene woven bags.

The PE production process is: metal brushed round loom - two-sided lamination. These awnings have poor moisture resistance. 

The defect is fragile. The advantage is that the product quality is light and the cleaning is zero pollution.
