I. Product Introduction

Double wall fabric is a high-density inflatable material made by special processes (such as PVC film lamination), also known as "space cloth". Its core structure is a double-layer fabric, and the interior is formed by a drawing process to form a three-dimensional support, giving the material the characteristics of lightness and high strength.

Common materials of drop stitch fabric:

Base material: synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon (provide tensile strength).

Coating: PVC (enhanced waterproof, wear-resistant, and flame-retardant).

Functional layer (some high-end products): antibacterial layer (silver-loaded activated carbon fiber, inhibiting bacterial growth).

Warming layer (Seram fiber, absorbs and releases human body heat).

Abrasion-resistant layer (polymer nano-ceramic spray paint, extending service life).

Tear resistance: double wall fabric polyester/nylon mesh + brushed structure enables the cloth to withstand high air pressure and impact, and is not easy to break.

Good airtightness: Double-Layer Fabric PVC coating seals the fiber layer to prevent air leakage and ensure that the shape is maintained for a long time after inflation.

Strong weather resistance: UV resistant, salt spray resistant (suitable for marine environment), high and low temperature resistant (-30℃~70℃).

Wear and scratch resistant: the surface PVC layer can resist friction, reef or gravel wear.

Flexible and foldable: Drop Stitch Fabric high hardness after inflation, can be rolled up and stored after deflation, easy to carry.

Lightweight Low weight per unit area, easy to carry (such as surfboards, inflatable boats).

Versatility Flame retardant (B1/B2 grade), cold resistant (-30°C), anti-aging (UV resistant), high color fastness (not easy to fade).

Processing flexibility Support customized color, width (1-2.1 meters), drawing height (8-33cm) to meet diverse needs.
