I. Product Introduction

Swimming pool liner tarpaulin is a key material in modern swimming pool construction and renovation, widely used due to its excellent performance. Its production process is rigorous and meticulous. Starting with PVC resin as the core raw material, plasticizers, stabilizers, UV inhibitors, and other additives are added in precise proportions. This material is thoroughly stirred and blended in a high-temperature mixer at 120-150°C to form a uniform, gel-like melt. The melt is then conveyed to a calender, where it is extruded and stretched by multiple sets of rollers to form a base film of uniform thickness. After the base film cools and sets, it is embossed with a textured surface and coated with an anti-fouling coating. Finally, the finished product is cut and packaged.


II. Product Features

PVC swimming pool liner offers excellent waterproof sealability.

Seamless, one-piece molding: Utilizing high-frequency welding technology, the seams are leak-free, completely eliminating the problem of water leakage caused by gaps in traditional tiles.

Heavy-duty pool liner with high-density material: Mainly made of PVC or reinforced polyester fiber (such as PVDF), it offers exceptional permeability resistance and resists degradation even after prolonged water immersion.

2. Ultra-durability

Tear & Puncture Resistance: The base layer incorporates a polyester mesh or fiber layer (such as 900gsm reinforcement) to resist scratches from sharp objects, ensuring a service life of 10-15 years.

Chemical Resistance: Resists pool disinfectants (chlorine and bromine), UV rays (with added UV stabilizers), and acid and alkali corrosion, preventing fading or brittleness.

3. Safety and Environmental Protection

Antibacterial and Anti-algae: A special surface coating inhibits algae and bacterial growth, reducing the use of chemicals. Complies with the EN 71-3 EU Toy Safety Standard (harmless to contact with water). Anti-slip design: Textured surface (such as 3D embossing) provides high friction in slippery conditions, with an anti-slip rating of R10/R11 (industrial standard).

Commercial swimming pools: Hotels and water parks (high traffic and wear resistance required).

Home pools: Villas and rooftop pools (preferred for quick renovations).

Special pools: Rehabilitation pools and seawater pools (salt-corrosion resistant formula).

Large pools such as public swimming pools and fitness centers often use this material as a waterproof lining to reduce long-term maintenance costs. Private villas use pool tarpaulins, allowing for customized patterns and enhancing the harmony of the landscape.

Water parks and hot spring resorts: Amusement parks leverage its anti-aging properties to cope with frequent use. For renovations of older pools, the tarpaulin can be directly applied without dismantling the original structure, significantly shortening the construction time and reducing project costs.

Small home paddling pools and landscape pools: This material is widely used as a waterproofing solution.
